Our Facilities
Prohibited Items
For the safety, security, and compliance of our facility, the following items are strictly forbidden from being stored under any circumstances:
Flammable or Combustible Materials: This includes, but is not limited to: petrol, diesel, paraffin, propane, lighter fluid, paint, paint thinner, fireworks, matches, and any other materials that pose a fire risk.
Illegal Substances or Items: Any items that are illegal are not permitted. This includes but is not limited to: illicit drugs, drug paraphernalia, firearms, weapons, and any other contraband.
Stolen Goods: Storage of items that are known or suspected to be stolen is strictly prohibited. Customers must have lawful ownership of all items placed in storage.
Perishable Goods and Food Items: Food, beverages, or any perishable items that can spoil, attract pests, or cause odours are not allowed. This includes pet food, produce, meats, dairy products, and similar items.
Hazardous Materials or Waste: This includes toxic chemicals, biological waste, asbestos, pesticides, batteries, and any materials that could pose a risk to health or the environment.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of storage privileges, removal of prohibited items, and notification to the appropriate authorities when applicable.
